The first side mount in the UK was from Italy, I bought it from Protoxide, then Evil borrowed it to make his own.

Admittedly it was ok but not that good, be better paying someone like Pete to make you one to suit your car.

The chap that did my exhaust at RW Developments can also build this sort of stuff - Ive seen his work and its all over his facebook page too. High quality work and ideal for those living in or near the West Midlands as Pete would be a jaunt for southerners. Like Pete this guy is a one man band so he doesnt rush anything so you know you get a decent job.

I'm not trying to speak for Pete, but i'm pretty sure he aint keen on making mani's for anyone else - he doesn't have the time!

I liked the RW Developments page on fb, his work is pretty awesome, gotta love his lazer cut logo panel too!

I cant imagine a custom manifold costing much less than £550 so this side mount aint too bad.

Did you have a project thread Dan? I need to have a nosey!

    Also, from the above ad:

All our collectors are TIG welded using a stream of Argon gas
mainly within the tube, so as to "stretch" the internal part of the weld and avoiding
the formation of harmful residues of the welding itself which,
in addition to creating turbulence harmful to proper flow of exhaust gases,
constitute a very high risk of rupture of the turbines in the event
of separation of the dross or drops of solder is not perfect.

I didn't say Pete, I said somebody like Pete, someone competent, skilful and with proven parts/products, many fabricators/custom exhaust places can probably make you a manifold.

i was chatting some geeky shiz with a dude at a house party on saturday, he used a guy who built truck exhausts to make a mani and exhaust for his old crx. Looked like quality work, maybe an option to explore...
