Winter Tyres

Good winter tyres is unbeatable in the winter, and thats a fact. People usually dont realise it until they have tried it though...

Here is my HGT with Conti TS850 195/45-16" winter tyres:

the van kept going no issues with it overheating,

on side roads normal roads and stupid roads it kept going, clarkster your right with just fwd you wouldnt have kept going but we were trying to find the limits of its capabilitys in the snow but couldnt, me and my mates still laugh about how good it was,

the most shocking thing about it was how good it could stop and go down really steep hills,

i will always fit 4 winter tyres on my vehicles over winter

i expect that van was constantly pushing a block of snow a few feet thick along in front it presumably it must limit airflow to the rad?
doubt he would have got as far if the van had only been front drive.......winter tyres on or not

good hard winter Q car then kangoo 4 wheel drive.......

Air is constant in the atmosphere though so, when the bay is blocked with snow there is still freezing cold air in there to pass through the rad, or the fan will take over if ness.
