no i haven't done anything with it ,i thought it was only used on vtec ,but after bit of searching they use it alot in france on there gt
just pull the oe chip out an place new one on a ribbon connected the the ostrich ,so ie can get excess to map fuel an timing etc .fit bigger injectors ?afm etc

That pretty much exactly same as what Leighton uses an how most peoples on here has been mapped with oem ecu
Kinda, the Ostrich is an emulator, you plug the chip with ribbon attached, in to the ECU socket and make changes to your map on a laptop. Once done you burn the map to a blank chip and fit to the ecu.
When you have the definition files provided for you on easy to use software like tunerpro, its not that difficult to play about with the maps, its the knowledge and understanding of the changes you're making that set the tuners apart.
Trying to identify maps using WinOLS without said definitions is not so simple. Shame the kit isnt that cheap to buy like the OBD2 flashing tool clones
