Partsworld now have stock in for OE Fiat leather gearknobs with the gaitors for the GT.
Not cheap at £49.99 free delivery but worth it if the leather knob has seen better days and lost the numbers on the top. Nice way to spruce up a tired interior. The 10% discount code available on the Fiat Forum only brings this down to £48.24 so I didnt even bother I just went through Ebay.

My knob arrived today LOL.
Very nice smell to it too - will fit shortly.......might try and bulk out the inside of the gaitor a bit if possible so that it doesnt sit flat on the stick. also considering chopping the stick down an inch or so to shorten it. might be quicker with a grinder
seeing as i have failed to find an abarth gear knob this seems the next best option.
my red gt had a cut down stick can't say i liked it much.
what i'll do is put some padding around the gearstick rather than trying to put it inside the gaitor. theres no real way of preventing if falling into the mechanism. will post up some phots........
interesting you say you didnt like the cut down stick. how much did you lop off?
previous owner cut the stick down. think he took at least 2" if not more off.
word of advice if you are thinking of buying one. dont they arent leather. not in my opinion. certainly not like the leather originally used. mines started to go very shiny after only a few weeks. it just doesnt feel the same either.
i suspect its some rip off cheapo pattern version even if it did come in a fiat bag from a reputable dealer. many now have parts made by non OE manufacturers so this doesnt come as a surprise.
not sure whether to send mine back for a refund? i cant prove its not the same as OE material although the grain on the original gaitor is way finer than the gaitor on the new one. might send em some pics......and i kept the original packaging too.
