Either drive on to something or use the scissor jack to start then use a trolly jack.

You should be able to get the standard scissor jack underneath still, if you wind it all the way down its only a couple of inches high so should slide under the sills. I did this yesterday...

Otherwise, get someone to grab the wheel arch and lift the car while you slide the jack under. Or you'll have to try n do that yourself if you're on your own. Failing that, call the AA

Is it at back or front? More room at the back usually but as said the standard jack usually works

Lol the back is a tiny bit hight no diffrence really but i used the normal jack once and the whole handle bent like as if the car was so heavy so had to throw it so finding it hard to jack the car

i find the fiat scissors jack too much effort and royal pain to use.

i went to my local breakers, found an audi/vw of recent vintage and had one of their shiny unused jacks out the boot for a fiver. you can raise the car with just one hand very quicky, very easily too and unlike the fiat jack where you have to keep track of the winding handle, the audi jacks have the handle built in that folds away i only use my scissor jack now for other jobs on the car such as supporting the exhaust if its coming off etc. its a crap jack.

like the others once high enough slip a trolley jack under with some wood. also place your trolley carefully so that it doesnt mean access is poor when working underneath. i tend to get it up in the air then sit it on axle stands for peace of mind.

some trolleys as they get old slowly drop down too (and you could get pinned down) so never work under your car with just the trolley to rely on. always use a stand or other support
