well today started her up all running well on idle then after a couple of short revs the power steering pump started to wine like a pig when I turn to full lock to the left but when I turn to right on full lock no noise only when I turn to the left. The power steering reservoir is full to max line on the lid its only just started doing this.......any ideas guys..??

I was thinking that just wanted to double check I will check it all over tomorrow
Although I will say mine was whining a few months ago, I just full locked it to both sides a few times and it's been quiet ever since.
hmm they do say to bleed the system and i assume youve done that. engine on turn the wheel both locks a few times with the cap off.....does sound odd though that its only the left side.
yep done that clark does seem very odd its only on 1 side ..
whats the assistance like compared to the right - about the same or does the left feel lighter or harder?
if it feels different then my guess is a hydraulic problem with the left side of the rack.
Is the belt tight enough?
Feels the same if I turn right or left
And I'll be checking it out tomorrow
