Yep weve established the cracks probably wont effect the performance of the turbo, so your "checker" stated no cracks on packing it before posting, your accusing the buyer of lying then i guess.

You stand by your pre-post checks then like Ants wirring loom too yes?

I do agree that 4 months on is too late to really issue a refund but it doesnt look too good with the descriptive side of all this.

A refund to me is not really important. What I do find more important is this seller needs to check items before they are shipped and clearly state their selling policy.
and above all make you guys aware to check items if you buy from him.

To not just admit that mistakes happen is really poor, good night.

staggering.robs closed his account just like that.
i bought a mint cam and cambox a while ago thru his ebay account.i sat on it for about 2 weeks before noting that the cam wasnt turning nice and free in thebox.it was binding once every turn.
contacted rob thinking hed take it back and i asked for a returns label.he refused saying id had it too long so this isnt 120 days but about 14! i just kept the damn thing as o was told no refund.
for a guy running a business called puntospares for puntos to tell puntosports club he doesnt want to know us anymore is the telling greggs the bakers they do lovely pasties but should give up baking!
rob youre blowing this out of all proportion to pocket a few quid rather than put it right.
regardless whether theturbo held boost not ensuring its correctly inspected then described as no cracks is below par.its basic stuff.you could sell every part like that if the description was misleading and induces people into thinking they know what they are getting.
poor show and im still quite surprised by your attitude.

I brought a radiator off puntospares earlier on in the year said it was fine good condition after I fitted it started leaking I was fuming. Contacted him and he gave me a half refund that's was our agreement sorted. He did offer me to send it back for a full refund but took a half refund and used good old radweld lol
