Nah, I only have a free membership at the moment.
I wish there was a scrapyard by me, a load of them just disappeared. literally. Wolverhampton doesn't really have much anymore apart from a car audio place and a load of main dealers.
I've been looking through pictures of members MK1's on here, and i must that they look ace, some good inspiration for what I want to do to mine!
thanks for the pointers!

Give adrian flux and Chris knott a call.
I'm just about to renew, no other company could touch the above quotes.
Painted bonnet, bumpers and sporting/gt3 alloys will make it look better.

I'll call them next month, thats when I renew. It'll be my first time being insured on the Punto.
I'll be sure to post more pictures with updates on the car as and when I can get the changes done!

Tesco wanted a good firm 6k no matter how hard I tried, Endsleigh wanted 2.6k and the RAC wanted 2.6k also. This is going to be tough.

Any chance you can go on a policy named? And then pay your parents' extra?

It would be difficult as the Car is in my name and I would be using it everyday. I can get on my Dad's car named as I only drive it every now and again.
I found if I put my dad as a named driver it reduces my cost, have no idea why.

You can be a named driver while still being down as the main driver of the vehicle, and changing the vehicle into your dads name takes as long as it takes for him to sign his name on the V5! Definitely worth a try mate.

Try putting one of your parents down as a named driver, it can help lower your premium a bit...
