I am changing the clocks in my car I have managed to disconnect all the plugs except 1 thick black wire that as much as I pull at it it just won't budge is there another way to take it out or should I just keep pulling at it

Yes the rubber pipe I'm using a flat head at the moment still a tricky little ****er though . Are the any wires in it or is it just a hose
