Long story story really can't be asked to go into it..

All I want now is someone that can map the standard ecu as ill be doing abit of work on the car soon.. There's alot of advantages to it really and I cant really find anything wrong with it other than there are not many people out there that have the software to map it. When I reach the limits of the standard ecu if there is one then ill go after market ecu.

You could do what many serious tuning enthusiasts does and buy an aftermarket ECU.

Why bother when many factory ECU's are just as good as aftermarket ones, especially the lower end aftermarket ones? A lot less pissing about too, that's before you even take the cost into account.

Because as above, there aren't always lots of people who can map it... He's had a fall out with the fabled FCP so now hes buggered.

Mine you can have it mapped if you buy an ECUtek license but that plus proper mapping is £500, or you can pay £15 to some bullshitter and have a map like Harry's lol!!!

Sorry to jump in on this with this but I wanna if remapping will get me better mpg as I swear my motor is drinking the fuel like it's going out of fashion.
