Definately not a turbo technics stage two.
Turbo technics stage two use a Garrett AR 48 Compressor housing with the IHI outlet welded on to it.
Standard IHI turbo has twin staggered blades as in the pic. Could be a MD 103 They use a IHI housing milled out.
