    What exactly are you referencing to that bracket with the cable ties through it? If so that's where a wobulator is normally located to balance out engine vibrations.

    Just above the oil thing where you test it there is like a bit which looks like it shoild have something screwed in its a golden colour and its in the middle of the picture

    its an adaptor to the fuel rail, you can test fuel rail pressure via this, the cap its just a dust shield like your dust caps on ur wheels/tyres
