Ibought a fiesta 03 to sell on with hg gone but now thrown lots of money at it and still has a water problem , when I bouht it it didn't start head off gasket was gone so changed and skimed head then the water was being chucked out when up to temprature so I thought water pump so I changed that ran it without stat and put new stat in and didn't cure it so I changed engine thinking head was cracked then still done it exactly the same the bloke recons it was running sweet and I thinks its weird both engines do exactly the same with the water system :s so I changed rad as it once was cat c thought someone might hav put rad weld in it so changed and still doing the same so I'm going to try bypass heater matrix today can't think what else it can be car is siTting at half way temp and it recurculating ? So with cap on, what happens when you drive it? Does it overheat, boil?
with cap on if u go for run and then stop its like its boiling but gauge is half way then u open cap and lots of pressure and steam
Sounds a bit like you've got a bit of air in the system.
but tried pulling hose off to bleed but tried loads , its like air steam tried it on a hill and everything but gushes out

Not that old mate just got matrix which I bypassed today
And still didn't do the job if I culd get a grand for car ows me 9 atm I'd be happy to throw all the money to my gt lol
