I've just been through this pain, Fiat can no longer get them apparently either!
I have a second hand one which looks visibly ok but can't gurantee it is working as never tried it. Genuine Fiat. Yours for £10 via paypal. For mine I needed the drivers side one so this was no good and didn't realise they were different for each side but would presume would all be ok.
Failing that if you have an ebay account you can get brand new ones delivered from Germnay for under £30, which work a treat. Which is what I used to replace mine on the opposite side!
