GT Wheels on a Fiat Cinquecento

Firstly.........Hi im back, its been a while .......I need help! i cant get a straight answer from "cough" other forums so im hoping someone here can help.

Aiming to put 14" Mk1 GT/sporting wheels on a Cinq Sporting,

Cinq wheel specs are here but dont know if this is accurate http://whichwheels.co.uk/car/fiat/cinquecento/

Anyone know if i need spacers or will hey go straight on? im being told 10mm spacers are needed, any ideas?
