I hate to suggest this, but ECU fault?
Ive replaced my 75 1.2 with another 75 1.2. Ive used all the same stuff such as inlet, exhaust and sensors .. now the car wont start !! on Ignition the fuel pump primes normally, but there is no current on the coils, and during cranking there is no power onto the injectors !! ive tried changing 3 different coil packs and about 6 different crank sensors, big engine relay ive changed aswell and also map sensor .. none of these seem to work .. I keep getting the same result !!
any help please ????

The ecu works fine on my other 60
check your connections/earths etc had something similar many moons ago
I ve spent the last 48 hrs and cant get a clue !!! Everything s ok on ignitio but when cranking no pulses on the pump or coils !! Every sensor works fine on my other car !!!! This is a miracle i guesss
back from the garage at last !! everything is perfect till the ignition on step, every single wire is giving 12v when it should, I'm double checking everything with my other 60 .. but when cranking, no signal on the pump or coils so it never starts !!
is there maybe a connection which weakens by the load of the starter or am I speaking crap ?
maybe its the clt tmp sensor, so i ll check that first thing in the morning ..
and maybe its the ignition barrel, these are my only options left !
Sounds like it could be immobiliser related to me.
Ive had the punto for almost a year now, and ive never seen the CODE light illuminate, maybe its a model without an immo ?!
What year is the car, if pre late 1995 that could be the case.
If after this date it should have a CODE system.
or just the CODE light's bulb has been de-installed or goes off years ago LOL
