I was going through some old pictures and came across a couple of pictures within a month of me owning my gt. I also found a picture of my first car ( mk1 55s ) so here are the pictures of my gt before and after.
My gt and my sisters mk1.

This picture was when my gt was a non runner.
This was my first car 55s.

Not a fan of GT's without the bump strips but this car pulls off the non bump strip look quite well.
