For what model? If its the mk1 conversion, is easily done already or are you meaning for bigger rear brakes?
I am attempting a rear disc brake conversion and I need a set of mounting brackets (aka caliper support). Does anyone have a set available of know where I can get a set from?? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it turns out they're not as easy to get hold of as I thought. Thanks

I have a mk1 75sx which has drum brakes and I want to upgrade to the GT rear disc ones. I already have a set of rear calipers so all I need is the mounting brackets as the rest of the items can be bought new.
It would be this item, but from a punto, because I believe this is from a seicento

Well whoever sold you those have had your pants down.
You might as well put them in the bin.
People sell the caliper set whole for a rear brake conversion and normally an entire rear beam is transferred. This is the easiest way.
