Popped along to Waxstock at Peterborough Arena on Sunday for the first detailing specific car show in the UK.
A small event but lots going on. Loads of traders selling their wares.
Some quick pics I took.
Some interesting demos going on, like how to make a 70% carnauba wax and wet sanding a car

Just a few bit to replenish my stocks, but I did pick up some GTechniq G1 which I'm hoping to use later.

as a side, that yellow Aventador above had 2000 man hours of wet sanding done on it prior to the event due to the poor finish of the Lambo paint.

One of our customers is awaiting his Aventador, i'll see if he'll let me practice machine polishing it
I machine polished my sister's Suzuki Wagon R last week, it's yellow too and came up a treat considering.
The guy from detailing company that wet sanded it said all Lambo's come out of the factory needing work and Lambo should pay for it.
This is the company that did the work. http://www.kdskeltec.co.uk

I'm still yet to polish a yellow car...
Looks like a good day, I wonder how many of the older cars had the original paint still.
There was a Mk1 Cortina with original paint there. Done 159,000 miles and looked mint.
