    Dirty 306 Diesel

here i got my old peugeot 306 dturbo, brought it completely standard, its a t reg mk2 ph1 with the short plate than noramal as its limited edition with some mk2 ph2 parts on it like the air con, boot an colour coded bumper and door strips and better turbo
all in all its still a xud engine
but sadly my friend smashed the engine up doing a cam belt so i now have a another and plenty of spares!

havnt actually got any pictures of when i first got it but only the porgress of bits i done but not got pictures of everything

but this it what i looked like once i painted up some bits put some skirts on it, colour coded door strips, petrol flap, eye brows, wing mirrors an mk2 ph2 bumpers(needs a paint) and lowered front, also the set of wheel that need a refurb!

exhaust out back! hanging but did get it up tight an cut down shorter

some mk2 ph2 clear head lights before i black masked them as you can see in the piccy before and a few others i will put up

engine wise, i firstly i put a straight through stainless steal 2.5inch exhaust system, k&n air filter

    then onto a turbooo!
i put the turbo from the 1st engine onto it which was a gt15 and spooled up much quicker
i blocked the egr valve on it too with a blanking plate i made

once all fitted i turned the diesel pump up an shorted the actuator an turned the boost up on the pump to 17psi!

she went a hell of a lot better!!!

    now onto fitted the fmic!!!

this is what i wanted it to look like

the standard inlet manifold has a **** flow coming in from one side and a tiny little rectange hole
so got myself another manifold off another car using the xud engine and cut the govner out and got it all welded up including the egr valve hole and polished are arse off of it so i could see my face!

    with gov in

    cutting it out

    with it out

    welded up an polished!

    rover cover polished too!

i was running the lucus pump which was very good but the bosch pump has the edge and made it rev just tha tbit better was self lubricating also could run bio fuel through it!
polished boost controller(bit on the top)

now onto fitting the fmic(tmic still in place)

and with it complete! used 2.5 and 3inch pipe work! bit to big really!

i put red silicone on the hot side and blue on the cold
