Damosan's right. You can get the first one naked for 100 GBP or a secon handed new model. Dont buy cheap cameras as you will pay for the results they are going to give you.
Its better to wait and earn some more cash if you cant afford it

Well the inevitable happened today! I hit a treetrack was very slippery and the rubbish tyre I had on the back was making me slide everywhere.
Didn't hit the tree very fast but sent me over the bars, no damage to the bike but top of my legged dragged allong the bars as I was going over, skin wasn't pierced but I got a long swollen line going up my leg lol.
Anyway got back on and near the end of the course went over a small jump and the back shock snapped on me
Started stripping the bike to give it a service so won't be going out for about two weeks now, kinda glad as the bike was taking up all my time from the GT and now I can get back to concentrating on that again.

Inner peice come out of the outer peice and both peices are suppose to attach to the small black thing, new shock needed.
Decide to change my bottom bracket and for the love of god it wouldn't come of so ended up cutting it out.
Just a general clean now and oiling up making it ready for two weeks time.

Had my 1st major crash today, was bit more slippery than I thought and the front end slipped tried to correct it and started wobbling like a Moto gp rider lol, ended up getting flung over the bars and somehow twisting and landing on my back. My arse cheek feels dead and got a scrape on my back.
Lucky I had my spine protector attached or tbh I'd probably be in hospital right now. As I landed gave my head a good thump on the ground thankfully my new helmet cushioned the impact. Bed for 1or2 days while the mrs looks after me now.
It doesn't look much but it hurts like hell. Can't even touch it without hurting even more. It's sore and more like a big bruising feeling right now.

At least you dont have shoes attached to the pedals, like I do... I fell at 40 kph sliding down a hill with my bike attached to my feet XDDDDDD

Been busy out on the bike last few weeks. Upgraded the front forks to fox 40's aswell.
