even can see on the flywheel the position of it
We have got that on the crank.. put it on with loads of lock tite it still managed to get loose
Very strange, did you use new bolts?

Would an unbalanced engine cause this?
Yes, mate. I can not understand why the bolts loose a second time with loctite. There must be something wrong...
Bolts were re used.. Engine was balanced.. Will be getting another balance with the new crankshaft.. The engine does vibrate alot with the clutch and the way the cam idles.
