    With reguards to the pulley coming loose it doesnt affect the belt it just throws the electrical side of the timing out..just to clear that up..

    No the key is for both trigger wheel and bottom crank sprocket but unless the nut comes completely off the engine timing will not change..just the electrical signal changes.. @rachel.. There was nothin wrong maybe just slightly under torqued.. And the vibrations make it wiggle loose

    I played a little bit with ARP bolts last weekend.
    They are - on my opinion - a little bit too long for a good clamp. I will shorten my bolts 1mm to get sure that all fits great.

    We used extra washers on the ones that were a little to long. It's not all of them.

    I used ARP flywheel bolts, and torqued everything up to OEM values, but after reading this whole thread, i am in fear. Mine is just the sohc dedra 1.6 engine, but still...
