    Yeah I expect it does on long runs, be nice sleeper abit quieter too aswel won't it an people won't know what's hit them when racing you!

    What's your rpm limiter??
    There is probably something wrong in there...3 times the same thing and in a short time...

    Bore for flywheel bolts not deep enough - bolts to long.
    I have measured the ARP bolts and it fits but some tolerances in manufacturing of the crankshaft it won't fit.
    Use a thicker spacer (two?) or short the ARPs 1-2mm.

    Flywheel is fine it's just the key in the crankshaft keeps breaking and destroys the pulley.

    There must be some reason why it breaks though surely? I've never know anyone else to break them.

    If the flywheel isn't clamped as designed then it'll ocilate at a certain RPM, travelling down the crankshaft to the other side where there is clearly a weak point in the overall design allowing the key to jump out.

    Is the timing belt pulley nut working loose?

    2 engines here with ARP Bolts on the flywheels. No problems....
