    You have nothing to worry about...with the correct torque and correct lubricant (don't use the arp that comes in the package..)

    You can use ARP bolts from 2-3 models(costs something like 25pounds)...you can even use ΑRP625+ series bolts...
    Else you can use bolts that are used in the cosworth diffs..

    On the other hand, whatever you use if the bottom end is not balanced you aren't doing anything..

    Don't want to get too offtopic, but the bottom end was kept stock. Did no mods whatsoever, except a good cleaning and a very very slight polishing. Pistons are new, rods are new, and the flywheel was just re-surfaced very slightly. did 140 km So far, without reving over 2.000 rpm and seems ok... "seems"

    I did 50 miles and then 16psi red line to 6-7krpm, made sure the rings bed in.. Then at around 900-1000miles it went for a map.

    Agreed. Was driving along side it as I have diesel run around as well and it does sound good. Will be taking it of soon tho as it does my head in on a long drive. Got a quiet one ready to install just waiting for some other bits and pieces.
