    Ye got it as a lil project only had it a few weeks got it for £400 runnin but smoking it needs a new head x2 cracks inbetween the valvs and the core on the turbo is naffd.
    Iv always had the old vw polo GT's wich is very different to this and not as fast
    my friend has a standard one and this was keeping up with it evan tho its a bit fudjed



    I have only driven it a hand full of time and its lovely to drive I love it

    Makes a little more sense, but I still feel that 220bhp is a bit optimistic.!

    The rear quarter rub strips look to be GT3 style too. Fuses, connections, live distribution box and Pierburg valve cover is GT3, as well.

    FWIW. IMO the GT3s, as standard, are a lot smoother to drive off boost. Higher compression seems to be the current popular trend in turbocharged applications.

    Nice1 so what's the difference between them the GT1/2/3 ?

    Ye the fella I got it off recons it was but he had no printouts so could be anythin. There's only one way to find out when I put it back together I'll get it on the rollers ans see what it pumping out
    I can't read that thread yet as I'm not a paid member so no clue as to what he's has done exactly uuunlesss someone could do me a lil list and write the mods up on hear for me pleeeease

    It's a good project... Well worth stumping up a tenner to find out the cars history.
