    Mechanics in NI

    Anyone know of any mechanics that know theyre way around a GT in northern ireland? Seems that not many people have any over here so theres no mechanics :-(

    Not being critical Ben, but there is a difference between a given name or nickname, and an acronym for a medical condition or disease. Try to keep the distinction in mind.

    Ben im very sorry to hear that. But Sid is my name. Am I dont mind traveling a bit but ppgoblem is car isnt drivable so will need trailered

    Mate it hurt when i read it but im only having a giggle with ya welcome to the club. Enjoy your stay as there are alot of helpful people on here willing to give there say.
    Have you tried searching for mechanics in your local area i know a few here in london but way too expensive but i guess that you pay for what you get,,

    My local mechanics dont want to touch it. And to be honest they won't have a clue

    Hi Sids, if you've any mechanical skill at all, you'd be better off joining the Club for the "How Tos", or VM-ing Jono/punto gt turbo2 to see what his suggestion is about. We have some very knowledgeable guys here, but some jobs are long drawn out if you're not that familiar with working on cars yourself, or don't have the time.

    I usually do all my work myself. But I cant seem to get to the problem and im fed up with trying to solve it and would rather leave it to someone else. Is there anyone from ni on here?

    There are 17 belfast registered users, how often they come on, I couldn't say.
