lol and what does that mean
Winterboard is what you can use to change your icons, fonts, ringtones ect.
You download an app from cydia, then open the app through Winterboard.
I haven't touched any of this for a few years now, and my memory is a bit pants.

You need to look for a tethering app.
Although i cant recommend any of the programs as i dont have an iPhone.
Just be careful which app you use, if your carrier doesn't support the use of tethering, youll need an app which can hide your usage from them.
and just remember if your tethering to a laptop, it will use alot more data so make sure you have a good data plan
I know it's probably no use to you at the moment.
But I'm now on the three network, they offer all you can eat data and the hotspot function is opened up. So I can connect a laptop to my mobile.
