Thanks mate, things are looking promising, had 2 viewings over the weekend, another tonight. One if the viewings have already come back for a 2nd look too so fingers crossed. Just wanna sell the house and then close that door behind me. Contemplating a move to SW, was in Exeter over the w/end checking it out.

Gonna try get the garage straight tonight so can crack on with car, as garage apparently is somewhere she can just dump lots of **** lol
