Going to try and make them a little better than the abs motorsport ones, maybe have the door handle so that the original surround still screws into it or have it so that the carbon slots over it making it a little neater.
Also, with the electric windows, have it so the panel can be mounted into the carbon so they're still easily accessible rather than having a few wires hanging out.

Will hopefully have a mould made up in the next few days then he should be able to work out a price

    Cheers for the interest everyone.

btw cheers for the photos Chris, can I ask where the top screws are screwed into? As with the OE door cards don't screw into the door at the top.
These aren't from ABS, they are from the now closed Performance Trim. The idea behind them is weight saving ASAP I chose to ditch the standard handles (I was planning to fit a simple pull strap). Window switches as would have need easy, just needed to cut a hole somewhere to fit them. It fit these I drilled small holes all the way round the door cards, I don't think I used any of the standard holes as they were all in the wrong places.

Ah I see, cheers again Chris. Will see what I can do about making it stay on

Quick update for all those interested, ordered some material to make a mould today so will spend the weekend making one up. The more time spent making it right the better, I was told as it gives a better finish when everything is smooth.
Also, asked the guy to price up the carbon itself and the resin he uses so I can get a rough estimate as to how much each set would cost, as all of his stock is already spoken for at the moment.

If there's any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Oh and before I forget i'll try get some photos of his work as it really is top notch!
