It's never going to be durable is it. That's not the point.

He had problems with gearbox/driveshaft but all this is now solved...

As for the engine he inspects it every 2-3 races because it has beryllium valve seats that need regular inpection...
Last damage he had was that one of these things (don't know how they are called in English) fell off at 10500rpm so he made billet ones like the following..

Anyway...still 1bar left..hopefully he'll have enough traction in the next race for that extra boost

Bronze valve seats are more durable and less critical at the manufacturing than beryllium.

Yes I know but if you search for the advantages of beryliom seats you'll see why they are used...
Bronze is the easy thing to do but at 10K rpm is a no no no..

Acki has posted for years correcting people for what parts to use and how to build. But one question; where is his 800hp UNO/punto

With this turbo is it drivable on the road? Or is it too drag spec for that?

berillium is a "good way" to have fast cancer and it is very toxic too ...

the McLaren F1 team had plans with berillium engine in the '90s, but FIA banned it, due this reasons

anyway by us are fast cars too on 1/4, Hondas over 10k rpms low 11sec runs, with NA engines, with standard bronze valve seats and with no breakdowns

They had pistons with beryllium. Is a small drama when the engine blows.

Often the seats are falling out because the pressing is to low or material is wrong (leaky valves at low engine speed, deformed seats).

700HP in Opel/VX engine is also ok for you?
Look at the Klasen Motors website or Courtenay...
Intake manifold and exhaust manifold I designed - 3D CAD, FEM and CFD...
