he he.......you ALWAYS come back but from the ad he now has a new golf GTi so a bit late to get his old GT back.

it would be hard to go back from the luxury and comfort of a new GTi back to a tiny Mk1 Punto GT. glad sometimes that i dont know any better.

shame that he is selling and his old GT is also up for sale.

Yea my old GT is still around where i live, my friend owns it, it's still running alright so far as i know, turbo went which he had rebuilt and in the meantime he bought something else.

I don't think 3500 is unreasonable, you'd be hard pressed to find a decent full spec 1.8t that's been looked after for much less than 3k, by the time you've added a miltek exhaust that's already gonna be £3500!
