Hi there I was goin to put some items in for sale section but I don't no how to upload pics from my iPad can anyone help

There's a sticky in a couple of the Images type sections which covers the basics:

Choose either or both of www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us, register an account, log-in and then use the upload tool(s). Then copy and paste the 'Forum' type link code straight into your post's text box.

You may also use the tool here to insert a 'direct link' to a picture's URL (http://.....picture.jpg). Be careful of the preselected 'http://' prefix that the tool presents. Preview your posts until you get the hang of it.
