Some came out of the factory like that, ive owned two GT's in the past with small mouths on them, easy fix.

Can't imagine why Fiat would fit a small mouth baring in mind how critical TC cars are with cooling and the position of the stock intercooler and oil cooler - first one I've seen non crashed with this bumper if it is the case.
That said tidy car - just get rid of all the stickers and extra badges!
