1 owner from new? amazing. that could be a very good engine then if the mileage is right.
The rear 1/4 damage will put most off IMO, £700 tops.

buy mine for 1300 on pistonheads if you want a gt in great condition. 72k is still low and i am only the 3rd owner. A steal
Cosmetics can be done easily by anyone decent, mechanics are not quite as simple if you really have to get stuck in. I'd personally rather buy a mechanically low mileage / owner car with good history for a little more than one with good bodywork on higher mileage that have traditionally been tinkered about with.
