why not do it yourself. I dont have any idea how much it would cost to have it fitted but probably 2-4 hours labour i guess. Possibly days if they cannot get parts easily.
Got a piper 270 fast road camshaft and piper pulley,
before i sell it how much would it cost for me to professional get this fitted,
rough estimate would be fine.

Was thinking off doing it myself but dont want to mess it up,
one of my mates gave it to my engineer.. Did it for 50£ I think... Dont think just becuase your giving it in it will be 100%.. They are human and could mess it up as well.
I guess so, my mate can fit it but thought it would need setting up?
Only need to get the correct clearances n timed up, I think il be having ago myself at fitting a cam
you have to skim the cam box? or get the lower size shims?
It doesnt need 'setting up' It just needs to installed in place of the stock camshaft in the correct way.
You then have to adjust the shims so the tolerances are correct.
Its not hard, its not rocket science BUT you do need to shim it properly before running it, and getting the correct shims could take a day or even a week.
You don't need to skim the cam carrier.
