145 cloverleaf mate. i know it isnt knew but a friend of mine is putting an M45 on his 8) should be good for 200bhp, he's stripped it and its lookin and sounding rather meaty!!! he had an uno turbo before and overbored it to a 1.5 and used an x19 bottom end with t25 turbo!
