Alfa's/Toyotas New cars that we dont talk about much of...

    Alfa Romeo 147, 2.0L Twin Spark 150bhp...

Turbo kit £2795 fitted, and takes it to 200bhp...

    Toyota Corolla VVTL-i 1.8, 191bhp standard!

    These cars any good?

Obviously id like a 147GTA but havent got £20k handy

Just lookin at things a bit different, new (up to 3 yrs old) and has to be hatchback size...

The Alfa sounds good. I think a step up from a Punto Gt has got to be a SEat Leon Cupra, the 2.0 Turbo jobs. I've been wasted by those loads of times.

1.8 Turbo.... they dont do a 2.0 Turbo. Tis the same engine as used in the Ibiza Cupra, Audi A3, S3, A4, A6, TT, Golf, Passat etc etc...

No chance of that then. Even the bloke with a full racing exhaust @ the RR in Leeds only made 139bhp or something... a 195bhp Ibiza will leave it standing.

well quicker than a chipped cupra, won't be the alfa, and I've every guess the corrolla will be boring to drive.

what price range flip and when can we go test driving , properly.

Ah but it has to be newer than my GT, preferably a 2001 or 2002 model of a car, and small, hatchback size
