    it was more than £1200, it was up for that some time ago but wasnt in running condition.

    i paid £1350, it still needed more stuff doing though, spent 5 hours today fitting a new oil cooler, it also wasnt boosting correctly, tried another air flow meter on it today but no good, then realised a boost hose had fallen onto the exhaust and melted and the owner had undone the bleed valve all the way to try and compensate.... it needs alot of tidying, but the basic car, is still as it was, got it running a steady 16psi now and it goes reasonably well, going to change the plugs and oil then turn it up a bit, going to look out for a gt28, but need to find somewhere which sells a T2 5 bolt flange v-band adaptor plate.
