mines got 417bhp and 407ftlb. and weighs 1450kg a power to weigh ratio of 287bhp per ton. so some puntos on here have nearly the same. but all mines had had is a remap lol. over the line Arda i will destroy you but from around 30-90 on paper were prob the same (as yours may surprice ppl). i have some plans for it but building a solid forged engine and going from there will be on the top my to do list. Dans si and mine are not like remapped ones that are around 300bhp. like most 6 and 7's.
the main thing is the grip they have they just stick stick and stick to the road. i agree puntos are fun but EVO are another level tbh.

I wasn't actually comparing it to a Punto? Lol everyone just assumed I was ? I was just saying in general they ain't quick.. And basically that andy should go for whatever his planning to do to it to make it more powerful .. So calm down lads.

I bet it will be, I've never been in a MIVEC Evo but the only main difference between the 8MR and 9 engine wise is the MIVEC, and they have an extra 20hp with the same setup.

It's a family car with a boot lol. The mivec apparently is Ment to make shed loads of torque at the bottom end but as I have never driven an 8 I dnt know. But the best upgrade I could do us change the ecu to motec and that alone is Ment to transform how the car drives and ablest the mivec to be at its full potential.
