    ive met chris and tryed to help him but im done all 3 are to blame the idiots, yes the alloy ones on the left. Dan i 100% recommend a cooler uprgrade change my car night and day. hows the 8mr running supping fuel as per

    Yeah an intercooler is the next hardware upgrade ideally though not in a rush, used daily and done nearly 40k miles in it now!

    Alloy rods would be cool but surely over kill for 500hp or anything below 700? Whos building your engine then? Would love to have 500hp one day, but not on the cards for me anytime soon.

    Ive read nearly all of the thread and for me its quite obvious TRLD have made a faff up, tried to cover it up and madea faff of that. The video evidence is just comedy gold though, hook, line and sinker. Its not like TRL don't have a bad reputation anyway. Hopefully Tim will solve it for Chris and TRL will fess up the cash.

    Bonus I ordered a Aeromotive fuel rail from America and they accidentally sent there Motorsport version which isn't really available to the public, the bloody thing as twice of much fuel capacity then the normal one

    Unsure how you manage it Andrew, you should've just left it stock and enjoyed it for a abit! Ive done 40k miles in mine now and kane it to and from work everyday, every week and the only thing thats ever broken was the aircon fan!

    Is this going to affect engine mods? If it were me I would get the broken stuff sorted and enjoy it for at least a little bit!

    The person who built the RS diff did it wrong ( and wasn't Clive)
    Had the car back not really driven it went out yesterday and bang pinion failed not shimmed correctly so spoke to the bloke I got it from he's paying for a complete rebuild so spoken to the guru evo transmissions and dropping the diff of today
    For the full works
    Brand new CW + pinion
    2 stage shot peen
    Cryo'd
    ISF finished
    New bearings
    Oil cover upgrade
    Built to Clive w specs for fast road

    Tbh the reason I got the car cheap I don't think the running gear as had an easy time for the time been the engine is staying stock going to do what Dan says having a good health check fix any weak or worn parts just had a stage 3 underseal and new rear bushes. Dam EVOS having a full fluid change plugs etc

    So reliability reasons I have the following
    ETS 3.5" cooler as the standard isn't as good as ppl think
    Bigger oil cooler as the standard doesn't flow well keeps temps down
    Lower oil stat 3 degree lower allows me To run 0-40w all year round to top tuners to recommend 10-50 in a road car
    Just a bit pissed at the min

    Dropped the diff and i was shocked to see the whole unit was built wrong pinion height wrong back lash wrong clearances wrong. at least its in the right hands now.
