Torque could have been abit better? I got 205lbs on the 25r with a standard exhaust manifold and smaller exhaust and inlet.

You going to run nos on it?
I'm going to swap to a 2860r as I have one I bought months ago sat about.

Its only mapped by myself on the road so I wasnt expecting it to do over 240hp, It needs some more timing lower down the revs to get the turbo spooling a bit earlier.

Also it needs to go richer below 3000rpm, that might help too.

    193hp when I was seb 4.1 then 219hp on a 35 shot of gas

202hp still seb with added manifold and bigger throttle but didn't add gas.

Now 200 at the wheels, backed up by my 13.6 quarter and 5.1 to 60mph

Yar, this is the dyno mine made 226hp and 200ibft on with stock everything bar a GT25r and DR Evil parts and Seb4

Nice one pete. your a little down on torque proberly because of it running too rich but i wouldnt richen it up below 3000. if you run it a bit lean it will spool the turbo ever so slightly earlier. Hotter gases etc

I know what you mean, thing is I have a few power graphs and it always makes better torque lower down on a richer mixture. I might try it richer and see what happens, I can prep a modified map and swap maps between runs. I dont like it running boost and not being as rich as 13:1 though

I took a datalog of the two runs and its very interesing to look at in detail afterwards, so smooth and slow compared to the road going datalogs. If i use a high enough gear to get it smooth and slow then i'm over the speed limit by the time i'm boosting.
