Too much water in that self leveling and i hope you primed the subfloor other wise that water base screed will jump off that floor what screed did u use? Also needs to be an epoxy paint to stick to screed.

Other than that good effort mate

My mate done the screed, he has had his own flooring business for 8 years, so I'm sure he knows what he's doing lol. The paint is fine, I checked before buying it. Yes the floor was primed too.

Nice garage - those wooden pillars are a PITA though.

Shame you couldn't just replace with a horizontal RSJ or something at a higher level.

The pillars are a ball ache, once the wedding is out the way and I've put a drive in the front garden for the misses, I'm gonna replace the 2 single doors with a large roller door and fibd another way of supporting the roof.

Depending which way the roof runs it might need to come off and you'll need to put a lintel in to get rid of that pillar.

If that's the case then so be it, it's only a flat roof so not a massive expense. Tempted to stick a pitched roof on for some extra storage space

Well the racking I bought from machine mart ain't really what I'm after, so this afternoon I went and bought some timber and built some shelving and a work bench
