    Garage Revamp

My Garage floor when i moved in was a mess, was loose concrete everywhere and was getting everything covered in dust. So initially I painted over the floor to try and control the dust, but wasnt happy with the finish. Especially when I was laying on my creeper and the wheels kept getting stuck in the 'potholes'.

So as the other GT was gone and I wanted it sorted before I started work on the 16VT, I decided to re do the floor. Firstly I laid a load of self levelling screed, to give a nice flat(ish) smooth surface.

Pics are sh1t as using the iphone, but will post pics tomorrow when the second coat has dried. Will give it 24 hours and then get the 16VT in there. Have also bought a load of racking to try keep it tidy. Next on the agenda will be to put a more suitable electrical supply in, as at the moment, isn't exactly 17th edition Its got a 45a incomer which is plenty but only one ring for a fluescent light (which i may have tapped into with a 13a extension lead )

Yeah its on the to do list tbh. But eventually the plan is to do away with the twin single doors and fit a large door, so can park the car in the middle and move around, as its actually really tight with the poxy beams in the middle. Gotta paint the walls too.

Thanks bud, I'm more than competent. Was just a quick fix to give me power when needed to use my 240v impact wrench and I never sorted it properly. Im a generator technician so am doing electrical installs on more or less a daily basis for temp site supply lol, just cos this was in my own garage i thought "ahh I'll sort it out later lol" its only a 6a mcb anyhow lol. If I have the light on and use the gun it trips lol.

Right and the 'sporting' is in

Just gotta put my racking together, sort the electrics out and that'll do for now. Then eventually, gonna insulate and plasterboard the whole thing.

Few pics of the punto in there
