New toy since the Storm Trooper.

    Hi Guys,

Here is my gsxr 750 that I got earlier this year to be my track toy. Started life in the Alstar colours. First mod was to get a track fairing, the joys of ebay I managed to pick up one for cheeaaaappp!

When I first got the bike:

With track fairing and bagster cover:

After a couple of track days and with the winter closing it, I decided to tart up the fairing a bit with my company; Doddington Aerials colours and logo for a bit of fun.

First stage to repair a rather tired looking fairing:

Then comes the spray paint. I wasnt expecting great results by using raddle cans but I was nicely surprised. First coat was a filler primer:

After that was the white gloss coat for the fairing, and for the tank, that has been sprayed orange to match the orange on the logo:

    Stompgrips and tank protector:

And finally the stickers! Finished this today and im so happy with the result:

    The finished product!

What do you guys think? Cant wait to take it back out into the track!!!!

    Thanks for looking

Cheers guys, as far as engine upgrades, there is no need really, it has 139 bhp standard and weighs 170kg so is stupidly fast as it is lol

Nice work Dods! Liking the end result! Must weigh a little under 170 now without headlight and lighter fairings?

Did you sell the R6 then?
