Looking good mate, Did you plan to be finished by xmas or after?
Coming along very quickly.
The house extension is 99% finished now! No need for the scaffolding to be up, so it should be coming down at the start of this week...
We're changing the window on the right hand side so that it matches the other three. The french doors and back door have a horizontal part at the top and the window looks funny without it, so we're getting a new one fitter so it matches.
Chimney is now finished...
French doors are in and the inside has been cleared, you can still see where the old parti walls were...
Upstairs flooring has been delivered, proper floor boards, none of this wayroc none sence!
And we've also moved the entrance to the second living room so it's exactly opposite the one for the main living room and so you don't have to access it from the kitchen.
Looks like a proper size now compared to the houses and bungalows around it

Yeah, the upstairs surprised me the most, with the roof being pitched into the upstairs rooms I thought it would make the rooms alot smaller but they're not.
It does mean that wifey can have the big open plan kitchen that she's always wanted though! Gonna cost a bag o' sand for the cooker she wants though
Some more quick phone snaps from before work this morning...
Scaffolding is about down...
Now the important bit has started, the garage
Removed the crappy fence at the back to make way for the brick wall, needed some temporary fencing so that the sheeps don't get in...
And had to get another mahoooosive skip to put the stuff we dig out the garden for the foundations...
Just as I was leaving the JCB arrived, was very tight getting it up the side of the house!
Also 3/4 of the upstairs floor has gone in...
looking good that is,
