Bit of an update...
Bathroom is nearly done, been doing it at the end of last week and tonight...
Just the bath pannel to do, need to have a think though, because I want to use the tiles to match the floor but also want under the bath to be accessible.

Perhaps rather too belated, but my brother made me aware of the benefits of cork tiles, as opposed to marble, in kitchens and bathrooms. Plates don't break on them if dropped in the kitchen, they're relatively warm to the bare tooties when exiting the bath/shower, they just need a good waterproof sealant.
Should have mentioned this earlier, but hey, I can't think of everything. I'm sure you and your lady are perfectly happy enough with this very attractive style.
little bit too brown for my tastebut..very nice work! How much will cost you the price per square meter? with roof, interior, permissions etc. without garage?
I've not calculated the price per square meter TBH....
