    Fabric from ebay! £12.50 for 1.33m x 1/2m

Done a few other bits now and still have quite abit left.

Well its not really hard tbh, used some spray glue on the pillars placed the fabric in the centre then stretched it out trying not to get any creases, glue dries quick so pretty easy.

    Little update:

Cambelt tensioner bolt snapped off, the head of the bolt sheared off.

Bolt now needs to be drilled and taken out.

Currently in the garage being done With new belts, tensioner's and new dephaser being fitted, just hope no valves have been damaged.

Due to timing belt slipping I broke a piston. So got a spare full engine and changed them over today.

If you think a 2litre in a punto is tight try it in a clio, what a nightmare. Was all on my own so it was quite a struggle and took some time.

    Old one out.

    New one going in.

    New shiny 182 manifold.

Got it all mounted in an pretty much all the wiring back connected. Just driveshafts, radiator, air con rad, refill all oil, gearbox oil, power steering fluid and inlet plenum etc.

Should all be done Tomoz hopefully

Ye lol, but with Renault it's probably cheaper to buy a decent used engine rather than rebuild it and wait allot longer, I need to use the car.
