I'm guessing here but I suspect not.

The reason I think that is because I remember reading somewhere of a Mac user using Megatune within Parallels.

My father has an Imac and runs Xp on it, That should work, is that what parallels does?

I can't see a disadvantage with prebuilt, It is fun to build though!

which pre built kit would you recomend?

Ms1 extra, for all the extra features.

When ms2 catches up you can just change the cpu and and you have ms2.
