    It's alright sticking in those sorts of requests, but what you have to remember is, the majority of cars I treat are less than 10 years old. I did an '04 plate Civic Type-R friday/saturday, and that was the oldest car I have done in the past 3 months!! Followed by the boys Evo's!

    Can I spray brake cleaner directly onto all parts of the engine bay and then wipe off with a cloth?

    That's what I did, however I avoided spraying near the spark plugs and manifold.

    Ok cheers, I'll avoid them then. Should have asked what to avoid spraying with it really :/
